At HUGIFTS, we have a set return policy for our customized products. Our customized items are crafted specifically to meet your individual requirements and preferences.
We do not allow returns or exchanges for customized products. This is because each item is unique and made according to your exact specifications. Once the production process has begun, it is not possible to resell the item to another customer.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at Service@hugifts.com within 7-15 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to address your issue and provide a satisfactory solution.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Thank you for your understanding and support.
