We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Custom and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are uniquely made for you and cannot be resold.
If there is a quality issue with a custom item, we offer to send a replacement. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We offer a 180-day quality guarantee for all products, including custom and non-custom items. If a quality issue arises within this period, we will arrange a replacement. Shipping fees may apply.

Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
