Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our DIY products! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility
Personalized Custom Products

Due to the nature of DIY products, we do not accept returns on customized products unless there is a quality issue. If the product you received is defective or has quality issues, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the date of delivery.

For Personalized Phone Cases
We will be happy to assist you within 30 days of the date of delivery and provide you with a Hugifts Gift Card or refund in some cases. We do not accept returns on orders received more than 90 days ago

2. Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your purchase before it is shipped and receive a full refund.
For the purchase of customized products, customers can cancel their order before the purchased product is produced. This means that if the custom order has been processed and produced, we will not be able to cancel or change it. You can send an email to our customer service team to check the status of your order.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours via the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, it may take 3 business days for the bank to process the refund.
